2. Service disclaimer

Padelgroup is an evolving product. Things may change, and occasionally things break. By using Padelgroup you accept that:

• The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime or data preservation.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
• We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by bugs, downtime, or data loss.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Padelgroup to harass, spam, or impersonate others. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the app. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms.

5. Group management

Group admins manage their own groups at their discretion, including adding and removing members. Padelgroup as a platform is not responsible for decisions made by group admins.

6. Intellectual property

Padelgroup, its name, design, and code are owned by Robert Ontiu. Use of the app does not grant you any rights to this intellectual property.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Padelgroup after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union.
