If you're reporting a bug, a few lines can save us a day of guessing:
- What you were trying to do when it happened.
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.3).
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if possible.
- Your account email, so we can find the related logs on our side.
