How to delete your account

You can delete your Padelgroup account directly from the app. No email or support request is required.

  1. Open the Padelgroup app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap the edit icon next to your name to open your profile.
  4. Scroll to the Delete account section and tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm the action in the prompt.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

What gets deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:

  • Your email address and name.
  • Your authentication credentials.
  • Your padel availability and group memberships.

Historical match and tournament records may be retained in anonymized form to preserve group statistics. Anonymized data cannot be used to identify you. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Immediate effects

As soon as you confirm deletion:

  • Your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in.
  • You are removed from all of your upcoming reservations and events.
  • If you were the only admin of a group, another member is automatically promoted to admin and notified by email.
  • If you were the only member of a group, that group is also deleted.

30-day grace period

Your account is permanently deleted 30 days after deactivation. During that window, your data is retained but inaccessible. After 30 days, your user record and personal data are removed and cannot be recovered.
